all mk2 mr2 3sge s54 gearboxes and shafts are interchangeable, the rev1 boxes are slightly different internally. just use whichever box and shafts are in the best condition id fit new seals to the box before fitting too there a bit of a pain in situ

Rev 3 mate better box and rev 3 shafts and mk1 hubs should just plop in, I would try a shaft in the hub first to check.
