Cheapest place to buy quality spare parts

I've posted this on other forums as well, but I'm interested in getting as many as possible answers on this subject.

I'm currently completely overhauling my MR2 Turbo.

The easiest way to go abut this, would be to source the parts in Denmark (I'm from Denmark) But as the prices are very high in Denmark, I figure the next best thing is to buy from the UK.

So I'm currently looking for a good shop to place my order at. I'll be buying quite a lot I think so hopefully I'll be able to get a little discount.

    So far I've found:
    MR2-Ben.co.uk
    TCBparts.co.uk
    Fensport.co.uk
    carparts4less.co.uk/car-parts
    gtschris.com/

Buy I'm curious as to know if you know of a better place to source the parts? So far I'm leaning towards MR2-Ben as they seem the cheapest.

Parts like: Wheel bearings, brakes, dust shields, abs sensors, bushings, steering components, cooling components, components for a transmission rebuild, electric speedo. Also looking for a good deal on a Quaife lsd.

Right now I'm sort of split between TCB and MR2-Ben. Genuine Toyota parts is not a must, as the car will only be used very little each year. However comparing wheel bearings from the two sites: TCB (Solid Auto - Chinese), MR2-Ben (FAG - Indian well renowned) it would seem that MR2-Ben has the better quality parts (There is a limit to what I will install on my car, and cheap Chinese parts is out of the question)

What do you guys think? Most people have suggested TCB. Where would be the wisest place to place my order? Or maybe you know of a company not on the list?

TCB every time. Buy cheap, buy twice.

I don't know if you will get all you need from here, but I've found that Camskill are good:

Fensport are good but expensive: http://www.fensport.co.uk/
    There is also Japarts: http://www.japarts.co.uk/shop/index....sub_search&s=0
Rockauto will have all the parts you'll need with a choice of quality: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...ire%2BCAMBIARE

These are the places I use or have used in the past and been happy with the parts and service

    Hi Ace,

As has already been said, buying the cheapest isn't always the way to go.

I buy a lot of Toyota bits from these guys:-

Always worth getting a price too so you know what you're up against. Sometimes you might as well just bite the bullet and save yourself the time.

Thanks for the replies you guys.
cdwood2010, I will be getting a price from Toyota Denmark (where I'm from), so I will be getting a Price on genuine Toyota parts, but I'm afraid that even though I'm getting 25% discount on parts from Toyota, they will still be more expensive than the other vendors in the UK. Then again, everything is blo**y expensive in Denmark, so I just might send that Steven Eagell a message. :-)

Worth seeing what he can do. He may be able to sell you items and route them via Toyota Denmark.

Aaron is a pretty helpful guy. Mention me (Chris Wood) and of course TwoBrutal.

    :)

I've used Aaron several times after Chris recommended him to me and he is a really good and helpful guy. Well worth a try and even if you buy original Totty parts you get the quality at a discounted price, which makes buying aftermarket parts pointless.
