I took some rough measurements today...





I think that would be enough to build this, all you do with the side pieces is step them down to clear the ground by 20mm, all depends what castors you use.

Thanks paul, any chance you could get one last dimension? the bottom picture, middle of the dolly on the right side. the height of that diagonal strip.
