unfortunately there isn't a way unless someone within DVLA could tell you, but then that would be against the law giving out customer information..

Its not against the law. Fill out a V555 form, pay a fiver, and the DVLA will spill their guts.

Always remember, the DVLA are essentially a finance hungry corrupt hell hole. Even public information is available for money.
