    Yay. My 10c worth.....

    1) what codes is it showing?

    2) might be a stuck calipers. Get an assistant (aka wife) to press the brake pedal while you spin each wheel.

    3) arch liner. Or some twatting bit of plastic

    :)

Why do you find it uncomfortable on the road?
I think it's mainly my coilovers, too stiff. Either that or I'm just not used to it as I spend all my time driving around in a 4x4 these days which is squisy and rolling!

Haven't a clue tbh. What should they be showing?

    1) Pass - next time I fire it up I'll go take a check.

2 and 3 will be an easy fix, just need some spare time!

I get (current and voltage) values varying between 0.9 and 1.22. I suspect you're looking for changing values as opposed to just a fixed 1.0.

I just have a feeling that the ecu needs to see ongoing sensor values to be able to go into closed loop.

what lambda/AFRs are you seeing ?

Open loop is generally caused by something not wired up correctly or sensor failure.

Which is why I was wondering what codes were showing. I initially ran mine without them connected and got codes confirming they were not visible. If you've not got something wired right, it might show up there.

I think 0037 and 0057 related to the O2s that are on the donor car but we don't have them.

What does it idle at when it's warm - has it done its learning cycle ? (completely guessing now)

Idles fine once warmed up, drops down to 850rpm at 80c
