the lost chick engine wire

ok got the car to crank but no start dont know why yet still working on the wire set up but here is the quiz of the day cant find the green/white wire for the chick engine light on the mr2 fuse box i look and look but no good i even got my friend to look for it but noting has anyone had this prob is there some other color the wire could be ? i have a 1991 mr2 had the 5sfe motor doing the 3vzfe

Hi,

On some models / variations the wire may be in the boot on the white or grey plugs.

This wire also goes to the check engine light on the dash, so tone that out on the back of the clocks to identify which wire it is using.

fail fail fail i found it got it hook up but the light on the dash did not came on but im sure it is the right one i grounded the cable and it lights up but on when hook up on ecu noting? any ideas ?
