    The passenger door rubber all set

    HID kits arrived today

    Passenger window trail fitted

    Made round brackets for the low beam HID

    All completed and left to dry

    Ok the side light arrived all the way from Hong Kong only took 3 weeks

    Side light LED lit up

    Main healight beam working HID

    Low beam and side light all working

    Bit of wiring for the rear lights a pain but am getting through it

    Nearly all wires ran (number plate only used to position number plate light)

    Booth and spoiler back on

    One of the rear lights alot of wiring going on here

    Ok got the passenger side indicators working back and front am using one of the headlights to test them

    Time for the lambo to be pulled out for the monthly unit clean




    Bit of sanding on the drivers A pillar


    Made this bit and fiberglassed it in place


    Sills all fiberglassed and left to dry out over night

    I have to say its looking good, there's a hellofa lot of work gone into this. I was wondering, is the roll cage staying? Also I take it the choc block wiring is only a temporary solution?

    I hope the cage is staying, i've seen the video of these kits under construction and my only criticism is that the whole roof is removed (as we all know it's integral to the monocoque working) and it is replaced with very substandard 20mm box section which then has the FG roof bonded onto it..... that's not enough, not even close.

    I'd say a cage is essential in one of these.
