Ok, it would appear your coilpack is dead, either that or you've done something really freaky with the wiring somewhere, but let's assume the wiring is correct.

If you aren't getting a pulse with the 2 pin plug connected then the coils primary circuit must be dead. I think this is then not returning the IGF to the ECU to tell it a spark has occured, and under those conditions i think it cuts the fuel injector signal, so one is affecting the other.

I am only 75% sure of this, it is my best guess given the tests and information, i may be wrong because of other factors like wiring you've done, but at this point i would be trying another coilpack and then repeating the tests if it doesn't fire.

Double check your grounds before doing that, make sure the one on the ACIS assembly is clean and tight, some people bolt it to the rear cam cover, this is a mistake, so make sure it is on the ACIS bolt.
