    Just thought i'd add...



    This metal disc we used to blank off the oil seal hole cost us 10p :)

    Yeah, the 2GR is a long shot, but worth a try, the 1MZ is the one under serious concideration.

    Is that a core plug you're using for the blanking?

    I will let you think about that line, for legal reasons i cannot say more , but the metal disc we used had a smiley face on it which we ground off :)

    Just to throw my 10p's worth in here - this is very similar to what I did when I fitted the 4-age to my mini. I used the selectors from a Carina E gearbox to convert the c52 to FWD. I also used the Carina starter motor and mounted it at the back of the engine .
