    1uz-fe cost

Hi Ive been a lerker on here for a while :wierd2: and I Keep hearing this little voice in my head saying do it do it :icon_eek:

Anyway I have found A Lexus Ls 400 with the 4.0 32valve v8 in it and wondered How much should I pay for A, The whole car (No MOT, No Tax) Or B, Just the engine

The car itself has been in a minnor smash (Damage to passenger wing and Suspension) but as its a M plate the insurance has written it off The car and the rest of it is in pretty good shape. so I was wondering as I have the room should I strip it and flog the parts etc to fund the madness.:fingersx:

So If someone has an idea of either the price I should pay for either the whole car or just the engine etc , It would be very helpfull.

    Chris.

I have a complete 1uz-fe, E153 adapter plate, custom flywheel and flywheel adapter plus most of the stuff needed to fit it and i can't eve get £750 for it all! The adapter plate alone would cost about £2k to have made.

Bottom line seems to be there is no market for this engine these days.
