If you have done the mrel mod then you should not need to do anything else

it runs fine never fails to start firts turn, its just the 500rpm tickover when up to temp. I currently have no speed signal to the D plug. apparently thats to stop a hesitation but not noticed any problem yet.

have you confirmed the rpm is 500 when warm with some sort of measuring device?
