this is a great tool,i just worked out my gear ratios using my S54 with S51 extended 5th gear and my 255/40/17 tyres.....

Paul, I have done this with standard ratios and limited it to 4000 rpm and I should be seeing 86mph in 5th @ 4000rpm 225 45 16 tyres

hasad heres a stock S54 limited to 4000rpm ,seems to indicate around 82mph...seems about right to me?

When using the GPS, I get 72mph at an indicated 4000rpm. There's definitely something amiss then

Note it says JDM/EU S54 'boxes have a 3.994 final drive...

Hasad - have you been using the USDM 4.176 final drive?

Colin, that gives me 95mph at 4000rpm, there's definitely something not right.

hasad is that the 4k indicated on the cars tacho? you do know they arent 100% correct even with the camry board? You would need to get an accurate measurement of rpm as well i reckon
