    Today i started to strip down the SC lump.... and immediately spotted this...

    That chaps is the mother of all boost leaks! so with this fixed id imagine the car being a tad quicker!
    With the block stripped of all ancilliaries i degreased and painted the block and head....

    At this stage i havent done the rocker covers,they will be done later.
    Next i cleaned and painted the intake manifold and also refurbed the injectors....

    then finally today i fuel rail got a good polishing and that went on too....

    As you can see this is a nut and bolt detailing install... we want pete to lose the nickname stinky!! blingy pete sounds much better.
