even if compression ratios weren't a problem, nothing would line up (head bolts, oil/water galleries, combustion chambers). Also the port and valve sizing would probably be too small for getting decent power out of a 3sgte. Also the 20 valve thing is a bit overrated, some, if not all of the most powerful 4age's I've seen have been 16 valves
That would make a cracking normally aspirated motor though at 13:1 compression - you'd have to run 100 octane or race fuel!
Change the valve train to use solid lifters, cam it up with some really wild profiles and I bet it would shift well for a 2 litre na.
