What bolts needed for suspension/ chassis.

Hi all, just a quickie...

I'm replacing my suspension on the mk1 and looking to replace the bolts too. What type of bolts am I after, just high tensile ones? I'm sure there was a specific name for these, like grade 8 or something.

cheers for any help...I'm now in a rush to get this done before I shove it on a trailer down to Mr Woods.

to be sure, just go for high tensile as you say. the entry grade is 8.8 this is usually the 'off the shelf' stuff at the bolt shops, check. the next grade is 10.9 then 12.9 / 14.9 or something like that. 8.8's will do fine to be honest. if its not graded, dont put it on your suspension. i think toyota use the 10.9/12.9
