Throttle cable is far too tight.

What have the rest of you been doing?

What about taking the cable inside the car

yep it is tight, but i rerouted my cable slightly around the fuel tank and it seems fine now.

i did the same. A bit of re-routing give you plenty of slack, even with an s/c throttle cable

yes as above a bit of outer cable re routing gives the slack and if you need to extend the inner cable you can buy the cable from B&Q for 53p a metre...use a couple of solderless nipples to attach each end,jobsaguddun.
