Look damn black but with white/grey tips on them. The car was running like a bag of spanners when I took em out, but they're only 6 months old??

The photos come out a little bit darker than they actually are

Nice helpful link, I knew they should be light brownish, but this time they were more grey :hmm: But all looks good.

The only problem is my ruddy flat spot, but I think it might be temprature related as it seems to dissapear once the engine is nice and warm. I've got a new coolant temp sensor in the post :afro:

No error codes, and i think the lambda was working ok when I checked it a few weeks back. Tho my fuel economy is a bit crap.... its always 22mpg - 26mpg no matter how I drive :hmm: I've got a wideband kit but I am incapable of fitting it myself as I can't ruddy work out how to get the old one out.....

U busy today paul? I fancy a drive to durham :poke2:

The wideband is gettin fitted at some point, as I need it for my AFR gauge when the supercharger goes in.... Flogging a dead horse.... sounds like fun to me :boogie:

V6 time soon, but supercharger 1st :afro:

I've started so i'll finish, otherwise i'll never prove the w&nkers that you can get some more horses out of that FE head.

you will be able to get more out of it, only question is how much and at what cost? i would have bought a 3sgte block and head and used that with the charger, would take a fair amount of boost as well

if i had sank a few grand into a car only to get the same output as a rev3 3sge engine id be a tad unhappy lol
