I should have started this thread before going on holiday but i've just been so busy and didn't have time, anyway i am a little behind on progress but this is where we are up to....

The old engine/gearbox have been removed...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/08/333.jpg

There is still a lot of work to do in that engine bay, remove clutter, make a mount, open the access hatch etc

The 1mz itself has been stripped and built back up to the heads with MLS gaskets, i'm just about to start adding the pretty stuff to it now...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/08/334.jpg

The cam covers have been cleaned and primed ready for their topcoat tomorrow, i should also have the plenum and other engine parts ready to go on.

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/08/335.jpg

The car in question is "Beanyfelix"'s Mk3 Mr2 Ferrari 430 replica, i'll grab some pics of it on the lift tomorrow, for now i just wanted to get the build thread underway.

Lots more pics coming soon.

Looking good Paul. Glad i went with the colour scheme to match the colour scheme of my brakes and graphics.

Can't wait to see it all fitted and up and running.

Are your webcams back on line yet? I'll have to check now you are back on the case.

Look forward to the next update, thanks.

Here is a couple photos of my car prior to getting the Woodsport treatment.

It's based on a UK spec 2002 Roadster, built by myself over a ten month period, the car was completed and on the road April 2011. First show was Stoneleigh Kitcar show in May 2011.

End of last year i stripped out the interior that i had trimmed and had a professional re-trim done to go with new Audi R6 style seats that i have fitted. The one thing lacking was power, hence the 1mz vvti.

Other little tweaks to standard DNA cars are:

Door handles removed and smoothed
XYZ Coilover suspension
Tinted rear lights and side repeaters
Electronically operated door solenoid/poppers
Single wiper conversion
Bespoke interior

Now that the engine is going in there will also be a different exhaust setup, but that will be revealed as Paul progresses.

I'm struggling to add more photos at the moment so will add more when i sus it out, bear with me.:eusa_whistle:

There we go then, hopefully that gives you all a good view of what i have done with my MR2, not to everyones taste i know but i have always wanted to build a quality kit car and this is the result of which the new engine will be the icing on the cake. I have never built a kitcar before, so am very pleased with how it has come out.

Now back to the engine swap and hopefully some more updates from Paul.

Cheers,

Beany.

photobuckets been down for 2 days so unable to post any pics, anyway... with the engine complete i started work on the gearbox, using a St202 Celica box as the donor i stripped it down....

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/09/107.jpg

Also stripped the Mk3 box for its LSD and swapped over the side bearings and crown wheel....

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/09/108.jpg

Installed the LSD and built the box back up complete with the new extended 5th gear set....

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/09/109.jpg

So that is the drivetrain complete, all work now will focus on the engine bay.

Real shame about the webcams Paul, as I'd loved to have watched the magic as it happens, I'll just settle for driving an awesome Woodsport V6. Lol.

The wife probably would have got fed up of me being constantly tuned into Woodsports television any way.

Looking forward to the next updates with the engine in its new home and I can't wait to see how the exhaust turns out. Just not toooooo loud hopefully, lol.

After passing messages with Justin, I'm not sure if I should just go for all poly bushing on the engine mounts? I think with the way we have decide to run the exhaust, the reduced engine movement would help keep the tailpipes steady without the need for extra large flexi joints.

What do you reckon Paul?

Paul Woods
16-09-2012, 19:31
Yes i think polys all round might be a better idea with the planned exhaust, it will be tricky stopping them moving around too much in the bumper holes.

16-09-2012, 21:09
Nice seats - where did you source those from ?

Beanyfelix
16-09-2012, 23:00
Hey PilotPete,

We met at Newark last year and had a chat about your engine, if you remember? I still had the old mr2 Roadster seats in place then and have since had a full professional retrim done as my work on the interior just wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the car.

These seats are actually a replica of an Audi rs6 seat. They are not the absolute best quality, but for the cost of them you can't really complain. The genuine recaro version ate about £1000 each. Here is the link for the replica seats.

http://www.sportseats4u.co.uk/auto-style-type-rs6-sport-seat/prod_972.html

Hope that helps.

Chris.

Yes i think polys all round might be a better idea with the planned exhaust, it will be tricky stopping them moving around too much in the bumper holes.

Glad you are with me on that one Paul. I think the section of the flanges that the tailpipes will pass through May need to be cut at an angle as well to accommodate the different angles of the flange and the exhaust.

Everyone is wandering what the hell I am talking about, but hopefully you know what I mean Paul. Also I was thinking the lowest part of the tailpipes would need to extend slightly past the painted bodywork, so any condensation in the tailpipes would drip onto the top of the diffuser, not the bodywork. If that doesn't make sense give me a call when you come to that part and I'll explain, I'm sure you'll realise what I mean though.

Really can't wait to come and collect her.

Paul Woods

Can't believe all i got done today was a single engine mount, but that is the way it goes sometimes.

I approached this one slightly differently to the others, and made the Mk2 NA mount bolt onto the Mk3 chassis, this enables the 73mm Mk2 poly bush to be used...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/09/314.jpg

I then made a bespoke gearbox bracket, it looked a little unsupported on the left side, so i made one of the gearbox mounting bolts run through the back of the mount, first time i've done it this way and it looks much stronger.

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/09/315.jpg

The completed front mount...

It may have taken extra time to do the mount Paul but it looks totally stock.

The 2GR was a bit of a stretch for me after the amount of money i have already spent building this car. Speaking in length with Paul, he informed me of the middle option between 1mz and 2gr, the 1mz vvti.

It just so happened that the timing was right as he had the front end of a Lexus RX300 on it's way to the workshop and if i wanted to go for that particular motor that particular one had my name on it, Result!

A bit more progress, working on these replicas is a lot harder than a basic Mk3, not much access to areas and always leaning over panels etc, but it's all in a days work really.

The engine is now on all four mounts and the rear subframe is back on, driveshafts fitted with new diff oil seals.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/paddy1970/Woodsport 6/Img_1242.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/paddy1970/Woodsport 6/Img_1241.jpg

Upgraded alloy rad fitted.... essential for a V6 Mk3, the stock rad is utter crap. This is a horrible job to do on a replica, the mounting brackets are buried UNDER the Ferrari kit, no thought put into having to remove the radiator at all really.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/paddy1970/Woodsport 6/Img_1239.jpg

The engine bay as it looks now, various bits of plumbing completed, gearchange assembly done, clutch line installed, it changes gear pretty sweetly.

Next big job is the twin intake pipe.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/paddy1970/Woodsport 6/Img_1240.jpg

Beanyfelix
02-10-2012, 20:02
Wow, that's a lot done in the last couple days. Can't be long til the first startup now.:jump::jump::jump:

Sorry about the extra work with the kit Paul. I have advised others to have the engine conversion first if they plan more power.

Glad to hear the gear selection is sweet, the quickshift kit I have in there was a bit tight to start with, but got better over time. I'll soon be able to enjoy it so much more. It did scupper my original plans for a stainless Ferrari style gate though as when I made up a template for the centre console, the quick shift had shortened the throw so much that the gate would have been able to fit within the circumference of a ten pence piece. Lol.

Can't wait to see it finished now. So impressed with the work Paul, thanks. I guess tackling that new exhaust system has to be one of the next jobs? Good luck.

Paul Woods
03-10-2012, 06:43
I'm used to the kits making the job harder now to be honest, it just needs so much more care working over the panels.

I'll be leaving the exhaust until last, that's quite a biggy on this build so i will get everything else done before tackling that.

Beanyfelix
03-10-2012, 09:40
Cool! Can't wait.

Beanyfelix
08-10-2012, 20:17
Well, while Paul is busy getting on with the job i've been ordering parts for the exhaust system this evening. I've been a bit of a nuisance for Paul as i've requested a system with a Cat fitted and also a Cat replacement pipe, which means he has a battle on his hands to fit everything in with the design of tailpipes we have planned.

I'm sure he will sort it out and produce an awesome exhaust.

The parts should be with you by the end of the week Paul, ready for a bit of head scratching next week, lol.

Chris.

Paul Woods
16-10-2012, 19:37
Today saw the marathon exhaust build start, this one will be pushing my exhaust fabbing skills to the limit, Chris has requested a tail pipe relocation to either side of the number plate, not only that but the tailpipes are only 10mm smaller diameter than the hole they need to exit from, this poses a problem, any movement of the tails is going to clatter on the bumper, not good. So i need to find a way to make the tailpipes solidly fixed and make the rest of the system flexible enough so that there are no problems.

Work began by marking out the areas to be cut....

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/130.jpg

Then i drilled the circles out and air-sawed the rest...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/131.jpg

This is the hole finisher, this needs painting and trimming...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/132.jpg

Tailpipe mocked up in situ... this is what it needs to look like, but with no movement.

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/133.jpg

I enlarged the entry pipe to the DNA silencer to 2.5" and made new hangers for the silencer...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/134.jpg

This is the tailpipe solution, fixed solid to the rear crossmember and then flanged with a flexi behind it, the first of many flexis it will need...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/135.jpg

Both tailpipes finished and plumbed to the silencer....

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/136.jpg

The view from the rear...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/137.jpg

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/138.jpg

Tomorrow will see the rest of the system completed, i've got to fit a CAT and plumb both banks to the silencer, and there isn't much space back there!

I think the hard bit is done though.

Beanyfelix
16-10-2012, 20:05
Oh yeah!

Killer job Paul, just as I envisaged.

Thanks for going that extra mile, perfect protrusion on the tails by the way, they look great.

Will look sweet with the trims painted, are we still looking at a rubber trim on the surrounds or do you reckon they'll look perfect just in paint?

Can't wait to see how it sounds, well hear how it sounds, lol.

So excited. First DNA F430 with this engine and first with Scuderia style tailpipes. Awesome.

Cheers Olie.

Today i figured out the rest of the system, and it's turned out pretty good.

I started by running the front back into the sports CAT and piping that up to the silencer...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/159.jpg

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/160.jpg

Then swept the rear bank to the left before bringing it back into the CAT with a nice Y join, this extra length on the rear section serves two purposes, it allows an extra two flexi pipes and makes the rear bank piping the same length as the front bank. It's vital this system has as much give in it as possible before the tailpipes which are fixed to the crossmember.

System looks great.... !!!!

That silencer is .... a .... errr .... a little small!

Beanyfelix
18-10-2012, 09:59
Not so much of a silencer, more of an empty can. Lol.

The DNA "silencer" does a reasonable job of making the old four pot sound more Ferrariesque, Paul and I debated the options and for a while I was gonna go with another silencer that Paul had lying around.

After building Paul's yellow 360 using the original DNA silencer, Paul thought it sounded great so convinced me to go with the DNA one. The can on Paul's 360 was mild steel, this ones is stainless so will hopefully have that raspy Ferrari tone.

It's all a bit of a gamble, so we'll see. Hopefully you could keep track of which Paul was which in this post. Lol

I expect the last thing Paul will want is to make me another system down the line, lol. So hopefully it won't be too loud. It will be loud, there's no doubt it will be loud as it's pretty free flowing.

dgh938peg
18-10-2012, 10:04
Ah ok.. as long as you know what you're letting yourself in for all will be good I'm sure... If anything, the the mild steel one will be a little more noisy; minimal carbon in stainless steel means it's less ductile. That basically saying the SS can will flex less and 'should' be quieter - Saying that, there's so many variables to consider (pipe diameter, # of bends, # of flexi's, length from each bank, etc etc that just who knows how it will sound to be honest!

Could be tiresome on motorways... Earplugs :) ??

Beanyfelix
18-10-2012, 11:51
I thought about that, hoping 5th gear extension should help in keeping down the revs, also rolling on 19's.

Failing that I've invested in some uprated component speakers so I can play some tunes loud enough on long journeys without blowing the toss factory speakers. Lol.

Most drives, the soundtrack of the car alone should be epic.

Paul, 360 Paul, says it's livable and he also knows someone with a V6 DNA 430 with a larger, baffled silencer who wishes it was louder.

The car isn't exactly subtle in looks, so loud should suit it. It's trying to get that instant drop off of revs that Ferraris have when you blip the throttle, that may be a challenge.

Wouldn't be worried about the free revving : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fv0o4OD4a-Q

That's with the F355 backbox on only 2 outlets and it's a contrived system inside the backbox, so yours should be even better, assuming you've got a lightweight flywheel in there too?

One of the best sounding ones we ever built at Pauls was the Red Mk1 V6 (sorry, can't remember your name, dark haired bloke, rocker) that had a tiny little backbox which was re-used and it had such a bark on it, wonderful.

That hollow howl is what makes it for me. Fantastic fun through tunnels.

you should hear how fast the 2gr revs with a fidanza and the right exhaust, my old one paul did was a hoot but too noisy at 70mph not pauls fault it was the exhausts a mongoose turbo just too bloody loud, next time im going for twin exit and that low burbble then live able at motorway speeds.

Really does look the bollocks, excellent job as always Paul.
Work began by marking out the areas to be cut....

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/130.jpg

Then i drilled the circles out and air-sawed the rest...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/131.jpg

This is the hole finisher, this needs painting and trimming...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/132.jpg

Tailpipe mocked up in situ... this is what it needs to look like, but with no movement.

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/133.jpg

I enlarged the entry pipe to the DNA silencer to 2.5" and made new hangers for the silencer...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/134.jpg

This is the tailpipe solution, fixed solid to the rear crossmember and then flanged with a flexi behind it, the first of many flexis it will need...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/135.jpg

Both tailpipes finished and plumbed to the silencer....

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/136.jpg

The view from the rear...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/138.jpg

Tomorrow will see the rest of the system completed, i've got to fit a CAT and plumb both banks to the silencer, and there isn't much space back there!

I think the hard bit is done though.

Really does look the bollocks, excellent job as always Paul.

A much needed update, with the wiring almost done i had a massive brain fart, with all of the work being done to the exhaust i clean forgot about this one needing the fabricated twin intake pipe, you can't start an engine without that! So i had to set about making the intake...

http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/images/recovered/2012/10/292.jpg

This is of course just raw fabrication stage, pipes bent and molded into shape, then welded together, i still need to make this pretty.... you know the drill....

Will this be the week for First Start-up?

Maybe!

Really can't wait to see how the exhaust sounds.

Have you decided on how the two fans are gonna be wired yet Paul? One of the guys on the DNAOC forum suggested a little electronic gadget that can switch the fans on at a certain temp and can even be set to run the fans a while after the engine is switched off, have you seen or used anything like that before? Or would you prefer to go with a simple thermostat switch in the engine bay? Maybe you haven't even thought that far ahead yet. I remember you saying there was an extra temp connection in the 1mz vvti ecu, can you use that?

Interested to see what you come up with.

Hope you and your good lady had a wonderful anniversary. You were in Paris for you anniversary, yeah? I'm sure I read that somewhere, but I can't find it now.

Chris.

Hi Chris, yes just finishing up that intake pipe i forgot about and she will be ready to run.

Yep we just got back from Paris for our 10th anniversary, it was fantastic.

I will probably use a temp switch on the 1mz for the fans or failing that a standalone temp switch somwhere, i'll be putting thought into that once the main swap is done..... there are a lot of little jobs on this swap and it's proving difficult with the kit etc.

Beanyfelix
12-11-2012, 10:05

16-11-2012, 19:25
Ok i have a video of the first fire up, my my she's got a gorgeous exhaust note, i even rang Chris in my excitment to tell him how well the exhaust had worked out.... however, i get home and realise my fucking iphone 4s mic is an utter piece of shit, once again it is picking up loads of valve noise that isn't there, you would think i've just installed a tractor engine, but in reality it is whisper quiet at idle, just a deep throaty burble.

When revved though it really has a great note to it, this thing is going to be immense under load, i guarantee it, built too many now and i just know it's going to sound fantastic.

The only bad news is i appear to have a noisy alternator on this engine, you can hear it squeeling in the background, so i've got to change that, i took the belt off to double check and the noise stopped, i do get the odd poor alternator on these 1mz engines.

It was freezing here today and there's lots of water vapour, almost looks like a steam engine lol.

Nice one Paul, thanks.

So looking forward to getting back behind the wheel. Did you manage to sus out the little issue with the door popper remote/switches/circuit breakers?

They can be temperamental at times, but I thing the original 430 door handles look like an afterthought and the car looks so much nicer with them smoothed, it's worth the odd hassle.

Chris.

Paul Woods
20-11-2012, 18:38
Yes i easily sorted that, i left a main power cable off the battery that you had installed for the door poppers, all working again now.

The auto electricians got back to me today and they will know by tomorrow if that alternator is repairable or not, i have another spare if that one is goosed but i'd rather use recon at this point.

OlberJ
20-11-2012, 18:49
crikey that sounds good.

what is the backbox exactly?

Paul Woods
20-11-2012, 18:50
The box is DNA, but i have to say it's a very small part of this system, the rest of it is Woodsport.

Beanyfelix
20-11-2012, 20:46
As Paul says, the back box is part of the exhaust system that DNA provide with their 430 comprehensive kit, which usually feed a couple of twin tailpipes in the regular F430 position.

The "silencer" is a very small part of the system, stainless steel, aprox 100mm diameter x 400mm long, absolutely no sound deadening material in it at all, basically an empty can. Originally fitted with smaller intake and outlets, but Paul has replaced these with 2.5" pipes and gone with my idea of a Scuderia style twin 3.5" tailpipe configuration. Paul's trickery with the pipework, i should think, is the main contributor to the sound.

Outstanding Job!

I will try and get some videos and soundtracks sorted when i get the car home.

Chris.

No worries about the rubber trim, I'll maybe sort something.

I'm thinking of having a piece of satin black vinyl laid on that numberplate are, following the lines of the diffuser edges. Someone on DNAOC forum did a Photoshop of how it would look.

I think this will look good and the black rings will blend right in.

How are they held in place ,Paul?

The comments on this system just get better and better. Every Fucker and his dog is hearing it before me though, lol.

Never mind, I'll be hearing it for a long time.

Until it turns me deaf of course. Lol.

Not sure when I'll be collecting yet, Paul and I will hopefully work out a day on Thursday.

It's true, my dog heard it and he said,"Bloody hell that sounds like my dangly bits". Then he said,"Is that the gimp from Pulp Fiction working the accelerator pedal"?

I said, " It's a long story son, have a boneo instead".

Well, it's a no go for collection tomorrow, due to the poxy weather. Aiming for the 18th now as my wife has to go back to hospital for surgery so I'll be away in London for a while again.

Hi Chris, it's been solid ice here and terrible roads, i did get one quick blast up the bypass on Monday and everything was fine, but the business park itself is a complete no go right now, today the roads were too treacherous to risk full throttle.

I would like to think by Friday i have had more chance to test it for a pickup early next week.

The winter plays total havoc with my roadtests, i just can't risk damaging a customers car in these conditions.

Chris rang me to say he spotted an inner CV boot split at a friends house about halfway home, so he will be taking it gentle home until that can be sorted.

These Mk3 Ferrari reps run much lower than ordinary MK3 Mr2's and the driveshaft angle is a little steeper, the only solution is to raise them up a little to straighten the shaft a bit, around 1/2" or so, Chris had coilovers on his and i simply forgot to lift it up a little after the swap.

It's the second Mk3 Ferrari rep i've had this happen to, needless to say they will all get raised a little before leaving me from now on.

snowtigger
19-12-2012, 20:19
Nothing that can't be sorted by adjustment, is it a shock thing versus the weight of the engine?

I suppose if the standard mk3 is a bit liter than a bodykited mk3 plus running coilovers can be a bugger for shaft angles I.e no two cars being the same engine/body/suspension setup.

At least you've spotted the problem and a solution.

Paul Woods
19-12-2012, 20:29
It's the Ferrari rep kit, it needs the car lowering a lot to get the wheels sitting inside the new arch, this lowering places the shafts at a steeper angle, when you fit a v6 it slightly increases this angle further so the only thing you can do is raise the suspension a little to get a happy medium.

The stock mk3 v6s are fine though but I'm annoyed with myself that I didn't raise chris's suspension a little.

snowtigger
19-12-2012, 20:53
And I bet you can't put the engine too high because of the engine lid/cover arrangement or lower because of the crossmember, at least mate there's a quick solution to the problem it's not insurmountable.

And I bet he's happy with the car.

Beanyfelix
19-12-2012, 21:23
Like a pig in shit!

Paul wasn't kidding about the sound, it's phenomenal, and I havn't really opened it up yet. 80mph is at just 3300rpm with the 5th gear extension and is pretty quiet considering the noise the exhaust can produce.

I'll give a better insight when I've raised the coilovers and replaced the cv boot.

Still very happy though, just a minor set back but absolutely nothing to do with Paul's conversion, it was six months ago when we talked about raising the ride height, so I guess I can forgive you for forgetting, Paul. Lol.

Seriously though, thanks Paul, cracking job.

Look forward to wragging the tits off it.

I'm not too sure how the Italian Replica Club feel about DNA cars.

I have chatted with Pilotpete before and we have had a look around each others cars. That's where i had my first look at the 2gr, Newark kitcar show, 2011.

Should be able to pick up new driveshaft boot this morning, so will hopefully have it fitted by the end of the day, and a few adjustments made to the suspension, then I can see what she'll really do.

Although it's pretty wet around my way at the moment, I seem to have a small lake in my back garden, much to the amusement of the dogs. >:(

Tiggs,

I've been trying to remember the company, here is the link.

http://www.spydersportscars.com/

I've not heard a great deal, but apparently nice people to deal with. They produce a spaceframe car powered by Audi v8 aswell as the Mr2 based kit. Kits.can also be produced in carbon fibre.

Beanyfelix
21-12-2012, 21:55
So, inner cv joint boot replaced today and the coilovers adjusted to increase the ride height, drive shafts noe sit at a shallower angle so should prevent future issues.

Also adjusted the camber as the rear wheels had a little to much negative camber, sitting more upright now to prevent wear on inside edges.

Will check fluids in the morning after my trip home from Woodsports and go enjoy that amazing sound.

Hopefully, here is a quick video taken in the car today. There is a bit of odd background noise and it looks like my son is going through some dt's the way the phone is shaking, but it gives a pretty good idea of the exhaust sound. Not the best of conditions for power runs, it spins the wheels in third gear no problem in the wet, lol.

The way the car pulls now is so much better, I can't wait for a nice dry day to see how it really goes with some bite in the tyres. My lad had a huge smile on his face, almost as big as mine.

Excellent job Paul, cheers.

So, It's been a while since i've posted, enjoying myself too much.

I've done a little work on the car, fitted new grill material to the rear diffuser and used the same mesh to blank off the old exhaust exit areas, behind each of which there is now a 7" fan to extract some warmth when things get hot.

I'm busy now tidying up a few things prior to the shows starting, but have also started work on a one-off removable hardtop.

Awesome. What's the exhaust?
OlberJ,
It's a mild steel jobby that comes with the replica kit. The video clip was taken before I had a sports cat fitted, so at that time the system only consisted of the Camry manifolds and downpipes going into a rather small silencer and then out via the two twins. It's a tad quieter now that the cat's on, but still just load enough for me.

Beany,
yep I'll be at the Detling Show also, as well as putting names to faces, we can also compare exhaust sound tracks.
