Got it all done now. Downpipe, flexi, back box, hangers etc..

It's a standard rev 3 turbo box (outlets are a bit bigger than the rev1/2 boxes). Picked it up a couple of months ago from ebay for 43 quid iirc. Pretty good condition too.. just a bit dirty.

champion!.. does i fit straight up..or you have to fab new hangers? i like that lots.. , thats a cracking upgrade.. i might ditch the magnex ..im sure i can rustle up the cash from the sale of it..

Adam, it fits on the standard mk1 hangers left and right. We made another hanger in the centre of the boot floor (two bolts with big washers and a exhaust rubber underneath) for the centre hanger.

It sounds nice from the very little I've heard of the car running!

Neat looking exhaust, meant to ask you the other day, where did you get that flexi pipe from? would certainly simplify my install. Also what diameter is it?

Its from the local tyre and exhaust place. Its 2.5" flexi, i think its really for trucks and commercial vehicles... its waaay to big to be using on a normal car. It came in about a 2 metre length.

Does that flexi pipe go from downpipe to backbox?

EDIT : Jus noticed in the top pick it does. Does it pass MOT ok?

Hmm - i'm sure mine was rev 3 - it looks exactly the same as yours, but I had to fab up hangers for it using my old zorst...????
