Yep thats fine mate. As long as nothing fouls when the steering is moved side to side and the pipes don't kink you'll be cool as penguin piss.

nice :) Im guessing that thick metal bit of the steering that my pipes are close to stays still when the steering is turned? Looks solid

Also another quick question, do you put the hot water pipe on the top inlet or bottom inlet of the Fiat Rad or does it not realy matter due to the constant circulation?

I was thinking hot water running to the bottom and cold at the top would be best?

stupid question but i have to ask

what if the car has AC??? i have already 2 radiator on the front, and as i understand it the CC will need a third one, and i do not think it will squiz in there

hot to the top pipe as you want it cooled as it goes to the bottom as heat rises and cold water coming from the bottom, as you want it cooled on its return to the cc.

just my humble opinion.

Not bad for a first attempt, never done anything like this in my life :D

Needs the brackets painted and then all bolted together. I made my brackets out of steel bar thats about 5mm thick and damn its strong stuff!! had to cut a groove where I wanted to bend it to make good bends then got my dads welder out (never welded before) and but a weld over the groove to re strengthen it, came out quite good. Oh and theres virtually no movement :D

Thanks Think I went a bit overboard tightening the jubilee clips up on the platic connectors I used as I have squashed them a little :( I dont think it will cause any problems (I bet the fiat radiator and cc core radiator will cause more of a restriction than the crushed bits. I think I have lost no more than 1.5mm X 3mm of the internal area due to the squashed bit )
