Can anybody recall the pipe sizes (Internal diameter) required during their build for the following:

1. Various vacuum hoses

2. Cooling water pipes (main thick ones)

3. cooling pipe overflow to expansion tank

4. Fuel hose (if used)

Also, this 'pipe from hell' issue - where does it come from/go to and whats in it!! (I take it its coolant?)

NO that hose is for the 3SGTE engine.

The one in the mk2 V6 swap is a heater hose that runs above the fuel tank. It sometimes fracturs at one the first mounting tap from the engine side. Paul has done a fix for it in one of his V6 swaps.
Any how if it aint broke I wouldn't worry about it.
It's easily checked when you drop the NA engine for the swap. you look from the engine side behind the heat shield.

Sorry I can't remember the sizes but this is how I did it.

Measure existing ones or point of attachment

2. Cooling water pipes (main thick ones)

Use existing pipes

3. cooling pipe overflow to expansion tank

Measure overflow pipe at coolant filling point

4. Fuel hose (if used)

2 sizes required 8mm and 6mm IIRC (please check be measuring fuel entry/exit point on engine)Also, this 'pipe from hell' issue - where does it come from/go to and whats in it!! (I take it its coolant?)
